White PU with digital print
Notebooks with a full colour cover are printed before assembly, so the front, back and spine are all printed at the same time. The design can also include a flood print background colour, which allows this print method to create notebooks where a Pantone matched base colour cover is required.

There are two material solutions - they look the same but the tactile feel is quite different.

The less expensive solution is a paper over board application. Digitally printed paper with an anti-scuff matt laminate mounted over a board to form a hard full colour cover. Minimum 250 pieces.

Alternatively we offer a white smooth PU which is UV digitally printed and mounted directly over the board to offer a smooth hardbacked notebook. Minimum 100 pieces.
