1. Choose a cover colour making a selection from three standard materials, and choose hardback, flexible or a padded cover
2. Decide on a colour of elastic from a choice of standard colours for the elastic closure and consider whether a matching elastic loop pen holder is required
3. Select how you want to brand the front cover. Choose from screen printing, debossing, foil blocking or a full colour print
4. Pick a standard page layout - lined pages, a grid style or blank plain paper
5. Opt to include an expanding paper pocket inside the back cover.
